Frequently asked questions
Walk-ins are welcome whenever suites are free, but weekends and tournament nights fill quickly. We recommend reserving online or by phone at least a day ahead, especially for the esports arena and private console lounge.
We open Tuesday to Sunday, 11am until 10pm, with late sessions until midnight on Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Mondays for hardware maintenance and deep cleaning.
Absolutely. Players under 15 are welcome with a guardian present, and we keep an age-appropriate library on the consoles and retro cabinets. VR suites are recommended for ages 12 and up for comfort and fit.
Yes. The private console lounge and the full arena can both be hired for birthdays, corporate team nights, and club socials. Get in touch and we will tailor a package with catering options from cafés along Alma Road.
Membership is AU$79 per month and includes priority booking, 20% off every session, and two guest passes each month. There is no lock-in contract — pause or cancel any time before your next billing date.
